The workshop runs for 6 sessions once a week and each session will cover a different topic:
Life Paths
Self-Awareness
Jobs & Careers
Inspirations & Exploitation
Mental Health
WHY DO WE OFFER THIS?
Substance Misuse
We offer the Navigate workshop because we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential and lead a fulfilling life. By providing a space for reflection, guidance, and inspiration, Navigate helps students build the knowledge needed to make positive decisions. It equips them with practical tools to identify supportive influences, set meaningful goals, and explore paths that align with their aspirations, ultimately empowering them to create a brighter future for themselves.
WHO ARE THE WORKSHOPS FOR?
The Navigate workshop is designed for any student who may benefit from extra support and guidance to steer away from making poor life choices. It is particularly valuable for those who are at risk of being influenced by negative behaviours or struggling to find direction. While the workshop can benefit students of all ages, we especially recommend it for Key Stage 3 pupils. This early intervention helps younger individuals recognise potential pitfalls and develop positive habits before negative patterns take hold, setting them on the right path from the start.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
This essentially offers students a unique opportunity to delve into deeper psychological levels than they might typically explore in their day-to-day lives. In a safe and supportive space, they are encouraged to reflect on themselves, allowing them to gain a clearer understanding of their own lives and future potential.
